Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart as you place your order.

Holiday Closure

Office and shipping will be closed on public holidays. Orders submitted on these days will be processed the next open business day.

Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt, but we’re only open Mondays through Friday. WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. GO TO USPS.COM TO TRACK YOUR ORDER. 

Shipping & handling is a taxable service.

Shipping & Handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchanges for unused products are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Royal Rita purchase. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Royal Rita is more than happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on any item within 14 days of your original purchase date.  All items must be in their original packaging and unused. Unfortunately, we are not able to return any products which have already been used.

Please email our customer service team, available Monday - Friday from. 8:30-4:30 customerservice@royalrita.com. In the event of a damaged item, please include a photo with your email. Once we receive your return request we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and email you a return shipping label. This will allow you to ship the product(s) back to us. To prevent damages in transit please ship the product(s) back in its original packaging and include the rma# along with the original packing slip.

Once the item is received we will refund you in the original form of payment or exchange the item.

In the event your purchase is delivered damaged we will deduct the applicable shipping charges once the product(s) is returned and ship out a replacement at no cost to you.
